Author Guidelines
1. Abstracts submission (deadline: March 15, 2012):
Please make your submission online.
Extended Abstracts (1-2 pages A4 about idea, proposal etc. in MS Word, A4, TNR 12p, margins = 2 cm ) must
be uploaded online
in PDF format only.
2. March 30, 2012: Notification of acceptance/rejection of extended abstracts: If your abstract is accepted you can write your manuscript
direct in LaTex by the IJCCC
template or in MS Word format with the following specifications: paper A4,
font TNR 12p, single column, margins = 2 cm, max. 8 pages.
The manuscript must be uploaded online
in PDF format only (you need your old ID number and password).
3. April 15, 2012: Ready camera paper submission & Registration fee transfer (200 EUR, include all workshop materials, Welcome dinner, Friendly dinner, and refreshments).
For preparing
the final version of accepted papers the authors are kindly asked to observe
the rules for typesetting described in IJCCC Instructions for Authors.
Checklist of documents which must be send by e-mail
(please do not send your conference papers to IJCCC e-mail address).
- Completed copyright transfer form.
- Source (input) files.
- One LaTeX file for the text.
- EPS files for figures — they must reside in a separate folder.
- Final PDF file (for reference).
